Brief Description of Duties and Expertise
The ideal candidate is expected to analyze real-world data telemetry and design and contribute to automating cyber threat hunting, at both the design level and the implementation level. Upon mutual acceptance, the candidate will work alongside an industrial partner to assist in designing, validating, and evaluating the proposed solution. The responsibilities include attending regular research meetings and writing research articles.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience with software development (e.g., Python, Go, C, Node.js)
- Knowledgable in network security and machine learning
- Strong research capabilities and problem-solving
- Preference for a track record of peer-reviewed research
